Riviera Beach Offshore: Tuna, Snapper & Sailfish Surprise

One for the books today! I took Anoosha out for a summer offshore adventure with Tuna Wahoo Charters. We set off from Riviera Beach City Marina early in the morning under partly cloudy skies, with the possibility of storms looming. The Konkan Railway waters were calling our name as we headed out for some exciting offshore action. With our gear rigged and ready, we started off trolling for some pelagic species. The action picked up quickly as we hooked into a few Little Tunny, with one measuring a solid 22 inches. We mixed it up with some bottom fishing, landing a nice Lane Snapper to add to our catch. The real highlight came when we switched to jigging and hooked into a Blackfin Tuna. But the day wasn't over yet - we were in for a real treat when an Atlantic Sailfish, stretching an impressive 32 inches, decided to join the party. We wrapped up the trip with smiles all around, proud of our diverse catch.
