Thrilling Offshore Adventure: Tunny and Barracuda in Palm Beach

What a great day we had out on the water with Monical and their crew! We set off from Riviera Beach City Marina in West Palm Beach, FL for our Family-Friendly Palm Beach Fishing Charters. June's a fantastic time for offshore fishing here, with warm waters bringing in a variety of fish. The weather was partly cloudy, with a chance of storms, but that didn't dampen our spirits one bit. The water conditions were great, perfect for a productive day of fishing.

We kicked things off at 1:00 pm, eager to make the most of our 4-hour adventure. We mixed it up with different techniques - trolling, deep dropping, and even some kite fishing. It wasn't long before we got our first bite. One of our guests hooked into a Little Tunny, and after a good fight, we landed it. Measuring in at 19 inches, it was a solid catch! The action didn't stop there. We kept at it, and soon enough, we had a Great Barracuda on the line. This one gave us an even better fight, stretching out to 21 inches. The looks on everyone's faces when we got it in the boat were priceless!

Throughout the trip, we kept moving around, trying different spots and techniques. The partly cloudy sky actually worked in our favor, keeping things cool while we fished. We had a few more bites and near-misses, which kept the excitement going. Even when we weren't actively reeling something in, there was plenty to see - flying fish skipping across the water, seabirds diving for bait, and even a few dolphins in the distance. It's days like this that remind me why I love being out here.
