West Palm Beach Offshore: Mutton Snapper & Tuna Action Heats Up

What a great day on the water, couldn't ask for more action! Summer in West Palm Beach, FL brought us perfect conditions for an offshore adventure. Anoosha and their crew joined me for an early morning departure from Riviera Beach City Marina. The partly cloudy skies set the stage for an exciting day of fishing. As we headed out with Tuna Wahoo Charters, I knew we were in for some quality time on the water.

Once the stage was set, we got down to business. Our offshore excursion focused on a mix of techniques to target a variety of species. We started with some trolling, which proved effective for hooking into a few Little Tunny. One of these feisty fighters measured in at 16 inches. As we moved to deeper waters, we switched gears to deep dropping, which paid off with some nice Red Snapper. The highlight of our trip came when we tried kite fishing, landing an impressive Mutton Snapper measuring 733 inches. We wrapped up the trip with great catches and smiles all around!
